Visit also the „Anti-bias lunch break“

Following this training on inclusive communication, consider attending the „Anti-Bias Lunch Break“ as a follow-up (You can of course also first visit the Anti-bias lunch break before Inclusive Communication). Highly recommended, this 60-minute session addresses implicit biases, microaggressions, intersectionality, and a practical 3-step approach. Facilitated by the ENHANCE Ombudsperson, it aims to raise awareness and provide tools for managing unconscious biases.
