Chakra Meditation Challenge – Session 3

We at SKY Campus Aachen proudly bring this meditation series for you!😃Starting from 6th November till 16th December at the Humboldt Haus, we go into each of the seven “Chakras” or centers/points of certain emotions through a simple guided meditation along with some prior energetic breathwork and yoga.
No problem if you missed our first session. Each session is exclusive and independent of each other. Next week we focus on the 3rd chakra called “Manipura”. We highly recommend and invite you all, to be a part of this amazing seven week journey.
