Concert of Allmand Chaoten Orchestra

The Allmand Chaoten Orchester (ACO) is the student show big band at the University of Stuttgart. The Pink Panther is their mascot, the red dungarees their trademark. ACO was founded 46 years ago in the student hall of residence “Allmandring”, from which the name is derived. The repertoire ranges from big band standards, Latin, jazz and swing to funk and rock songs. Together with imaginative shows, this makes every performance a unique experience for the ear and the eye! The combination of sophisticated music and entertaining shows delights audiences at student parties and city festivals, in beer gardens and dance halls, as well as at official events or weddings. The highlight of each year is the ten-day tour to the StudentOrkester-Festivalen in Sweden with performances throughout Germany.

On this tour, they will stop by Aachen on May 4th and play a concert in the Aula of the RWTH main building at 8 pm. Admission is free!
