Dealing with stress during your studies
We’ve all been there. Presents have to be bought before Christmas, not enough has been learnt for the exam, little time for friends or family and no idea how to change that. That’s stress. Every person deals with it differently and some cope better than others.
If you know this from yourself or from friends and haven’t really known how to give them tips yet, then we have listed a few groups and places here that can give you some ideas.
It almost always pays off to talk to someone who deals with this kind of thing a lot. You’ll get ideas faster and save time in the end because you’ve got a second opinion.
