It’s BLUE MONDAY, the most depressing day of the year. It’s cold outside, holidays have just passed and we all got those new year’s resolutions to drink less alcohol and to get fit that didn’t work out. And there is the pandemic and the lockdown that are keeping us at home for months. Do you feel that all of this is negatively affecting your mental health? You are not alone!
Join our workshop to learn more about mental health & well-being, the importance and to share your experiences with other students and young professionals. Also you’ll get some tools on how to maintain your mental health.
The workshop is open for all students and young professionals (members and non-members of AEGEE) who would like to know more about mental health & well-being.
